Refunds & Cancellations
We believe in our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with them. If you are not satisfied with our products or services we offer a no quibble guarantee.
You are entitled to request a refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please contact us. If your goods have not been despatched we will ensure that they are not sent to you. In these cases there is no cancellation charge and we will refund your purchase price in full.
Once we have despatched the goods you will have to take delivery and return them to us.
To return goods to us you will need to contact us for a 'Returns Number', you may do this by e-mail to email@example.com, giving the reason you wish to return the goods. We will issue you with a Returns Number which you must quote when you return the goods to us.
If goods are being returned because we have supplied them incorrectly then we will refund the cost of postage, goods returned for any other reason must be returned at the customer's expense.
Once a Returns Number has been obtained please send the goods (with our despatch paperwork, marked with your returns number) to us at:

The goods are not deemed to be returned until they have been received by us in good condition.
There is a re-stocking charge on GPS devices of £15 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once goods have been received by us in good condition we will arrange a refund of your purchase price to your credit/debit card or paypal account.
In the case of a partial return of goods we will arrange a credit for the whole of your purchase price and will re-charge you for the goods not returned.
